Snapglot was founded by Danila Shikulin, a multilingual developer and product thinker with a passion for turning everyday experiences into learning opportunities. As someone who has lived, studied, and traveled across language barriers, Danila saw firsthand how frustrating and ineffective it can be to learn words out of context. Danila created Snapglot to help users learn vocabulary in context using their surroundings. His mission is to make intuitive, camera-based learning accessible for curious minds—especially immigrants, travelers, and students adapting to new cultures.
